1 | TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You should have received an e-mail when your parcel was dispatched: please check your spam folder. To track your order on the website, you can log in and go to "My account". The information can be found in the "My order history" section.
2 | DELIVERY AND RETURNS
- Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. We have reorganised our teams to ensure the safety of our employees, so there may be a delay of one or two days. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online. Thank you for your patience.
- Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.
- If you nevertheless encounter a problem with your delivery or the parcel, please take photos of the problem if possible and contact us within 48 hours by e-mail at contact@sensatea.be.
